Yes. Companies outside Taiwan can buy annual plans, bundles, and custom voice packages with an invoice in US dollars, and we set up your company account. Talk to an advisor for a quote.
The Voice Studio app is currently in Chinese. Our advisors can set up your account and walk you through it, and developers can work directly with the API.
No forms required. Click “Try it free,” sign in with your Google account, and start right away with free credits. The app is in Chinese.
With prepaid credits that never expire: speech uses 1 credit per character, and avatar video uses 200 credits per second. Plans start at US$30 (Plan A), and when you sign in to Voice Studio, you get an API key with 20,000 free credits for testing.
Three different things often get lumped together: team accounts (seats and permissions), enterprise procurement (invoicing, plus setting up your company account), and on-premises deployment (installing the service in your own environment). Tell us which one you need, and we’ll put together the right setup.
No. The text, images, and audio you upload are never used to train AI. The Service Agreement also states that the third-party cloud services VoAI uses (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and RunPod) don’t use this content to train AI (clause 8.5).
Input and generated files are kept for one month and then deleted. You can also email service@voai.ai at any time to request access to your files, a stop to their use, or their deletion (Service Agreement, clause 8.1).
Content generated on a paid plan comes with full, perpetual commercial rights for narration, voiceovers, videos, games, audiobooks, podcasts, and public broadcasting. Content generated during the free trial is for personal, non-commercial use only, and can’t be posted on monetized video channels (Service Agreement, clauses 2.3 and 4.2).
Yes. When you use generated content, make it clear to listeners or viewers that it’s AI-generated (Service Agreement, clause 2.4). We do the same for every demo on this site.
